DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO YELLOW CANARY

When you arrive in St Ives drive through the town centre. Once in MARKET PLACE there is a one-way system. Opposite the LION pub follow the one-way system and go around the shops in the middle as if they were on a roundabout.

As you go around the buildings you will pass Fore Street (cobbled street) but you need to head towards the harbour as you can only enter Fore Street from the opposite direction as it is one way.

Carry along the harbour from and follow the road until you see the SLIP WAY. Opposite this turn left into FORE STREET.

Go up the street past WOOLWORTHS on your left. Carry on and on the right you will see THE YELLOW CANARY SANDWICH BAR, 12 FORE STREET where the key for the cottage will be waiting for you.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO COTTAGE FROM YELLOW CANARY

To reach the cottage, continue to the end of Fore Street, go all the way around the MARKET PLACE once again. As you pass the NEW WORLD CHINESE RESTAURANT on your left hand side turn left and follow the road around to the right.

On your right hand side you will see BEAR CREEK TRADING POST. The cottage will be straight ahead of this on the right hand side.

PARKING DIRECTIONS

Once you have unloaded your luggage at the cottage, drive straight up the hill (BARNOON HILL). When you get to the top of the hill turn left. There is a public car park on the right hand side called BARNOON CAR PARK. Alternatively you can park in Westward Road.

Proceed straight along the road until you reach the cross roads. You will see a telephone box on the right hand side. Turn right down PORTHMEOR HILL. Take your second left into WESTWARD ROAD. Park outside the third bungalow on the left hand side called AKWATIA as close to the wall as you possibly can where you see the house sign mounted in the wall.
