Special winter term and off-season specials available November to April (excluding Christmas, New Year and half term weeks). When booking please state the number and names of persons who will occupy the flat. One third non refundable deposit secures the booking. The balance is then payable 4 weeks prior to the holiday. Please see terms and conditions for cancellations policy in our printable brochure.

A £50 cleaning and damage deposit required with final balance 4 weeks prior to your stay.

Electricity is by a £1 coin meter.
