Cornish Cottage has all this to offer literally on its doorstep. Situated at the foot of Barnoon, tucked just around the corner from the cobbled Fore Street in the very heart of St Ives town centre, it is only one minutes level stroll to the harbour and beaches and 5 minutes level stroll to Porthmeor Beach and the Tate gallery. A quintessential Cornish Cottage steeped with history and character yet tastefully decorated in a bright modern style. It is reputed to be one of the oldest and smallest houses in St Ives

The flat is let from Saturday to Saturday however midweek bookings and short breaks are available out of season.

It may be occupied from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Midweek bookings are available out of season.

When booking please state the number and names of persons who will occupy the flat. One third non refundable deposit secures the booking. The balance is required 4 weeks prior to the holiday.

A damage and cleaning deposit of £50 is payable when collecting the key.

Electricity is by a £1 coin meter.

Parking space for one car is available a short distance away from the flat. Large vehicles such as vans cannot be accommodated.

Sorry but strictly no pets and no smoking.

Duvet and pillows are provided but guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen can be provided at an extra cost of £10 by prior arrangement.
